Chad Doty
Managing Partner, 37th Parallel

Chad has a background in management consulting, portfolio management, and business process improvement. He brings a highly complementary mix of business operations improvement and real estate investment management skills to the company. He co-founded 37th Parallel in 2008. At 37th Parallel, Chad has overseen the growth of the company since its inception. Combined he has raised and helped place more than $200 million in investor equity, transacting more than $1 billion of multifamily properties across seven MSAs in three states.

Prior to starting 37th Parallel, Chad was an owner and principal consultant of a regional portfolio and project management firm. He has more than 10 years of management consulting experience with regional firms and global professional services firm Arthur Andersen. Chad graduated with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy (decision theory) from the University of Kansas.
