As the Managing Partner at Apta, Rama brings skills from her engineering and dentistry backgrounds that gives her a unique perspective on problem-solving and creating impact. With 15 years of experience in real estate investments, she optimizes operations across asset management, client relations, and finance. Her journey is enriched by mentorship and hands-on experience, turning obstacles into learning opportunities. To her, Apta symbolizes growth, resilience, and vulnerability, making it a purposeful endeavor.  Rama leads the family contributions to meaningful causes helping the less fortunate with education and healthcare. 

Outside of her profession, Rama is a devoted mother of two, she fondly refers to Apta as their “third child”.  In her downtime, she indulges in design, decor, traveling and cooking, always staying true to her roots.
